How accurate is your decision. I usually believe that hourly specifics and that type of personal information is not needed. Simply work out how much ahead you are and how much (if anything) you’ve withdrawn. Certainly, if you lose, record that too, no matter how much it it might pain you.
Don’t omit to record what type of game you’re betting on, if that’s important to you. (In my experience, most gamblers hold to what they know and don’t experiment. If all you write down is winnings, down and withdrawals, you’re way in front of a majority of players around!)
Provide yourself achievable goals, like a ‘dream’ goal (new car, get-a-way or whatever). When you take out, mark the dollars taken out to your dream tally. The greater the success you have, the nearer that goal will be!
