Pai Gow Poker is a modern game with old ancestry. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the far east with the wild west in an awesome game for new gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player against the croupier, not like most other poker games that gamblers play against other players. By gambling against the dealer, new players don’t need to be concerned about any other, more advanced people taking their mulla.
An additional Pai Gow advantage is the generally leisurely game play, rookies are able to take their time and scheme without needing to make quick choices.
It is also much simpler to enjoy for an extended time with basically a little amount of money since, to not win, both of your hands must be lower than each of the casino’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is given seven cards faces showing and the casino gets 7 cards face down.
A five card hand and one two card hand have to be made from the 7 cards, the five card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be larger than the dealer’s.
